Been working for long time in Hospitality industry,sometimes make me feel to take a break for a while.Culinary arts is my favorite job ever if we done it's with our heart.Seeing a top celebrity chef doing their job at television show make me feel fresh and threatened to be more creative and innovative.
Refreshing back the past memory in my life, it remind me that one tiny restaurant have been started at KGNS(kelab golf negara subang) called Italianos family restaurant.This restaurant been run by a Bosnian Family with a good record in failing .
Started business with just selling pizza,(for 6 months) their manage to develop their business(upgrading) with some extra ordinary new menus such as pasta,soup and their trademark tiramisu cake.
The tiramisu cake really caught my attention on my first bite of it's.The taste and the texture really amaze me.The home made Italian pizza and the must try mushroom soup make me feel wanna come back and give another shoot of real Italian experiences.
With a regular customer always comeback for the next dining experiences,They manage to survive and open a new restaurant at Petaling jaya,SS2.Their also provide a catering services in Kuala Lumpur area.
